Our story

PointsOwl was born from a shared vision to make the music industry more transparent and efficient. Built on firsthand experience with the realities of royalty reporting, the company is shaped by a simple belief: creators and rightsholders should have clearer oversight, stronger control, and more confidence in what they earn.

PointsOwl is led by Johan Edfeldt, founder of Star Stable and a seasoned entrepreneur, together with Fredrik, who has helped build several creator-focused companies enabling new income opportunities. Their shared ambition is to help make the music business more fair, efficient, and accountable—starting with royalties.
